Below, please find answers to some frequently asked questions (FAQs).  Additional FAQs will be added as necessary.

Is your jewelry handmade?  Most items featured on my site are handmade.  The only exception is the "Boutique Bauble" category where you will find trendy, unique boutique style jewelry that is not handmade.   For the handmade artisan items, I utilize quality findings and components and do my best to provide unique pieces you won't find anywhere else.  Within time, I plan to add additional selections, including but  not limited to stationary, journals, etc. which may not qualify as "handmade".

Do you accommodate custom orders?  I will provide quotes for custom orders.  If you have an idea for a soldered art glass pendant or have vintage costume jewelry you would like to have re-purposed, just access the "Contact" link on the left navigation bar and send me an email with all applicable specs regarding your request.  I will follow up with you upon receipt of your information.

What if I need another necklace length - 16" is your most common size - what if that's too short for me?  On occasion, I have additional product on hand to accommodate extending a necklace length; however, most pieces are sold "as is".  If you would like a longer length, please send me an email via the "Contact" length with product name and number and desired length.  I will confirm if I can accommodate this request prior to your order placement.

What if I'm unhappy with product I've ordered from Artistic Adornments?  Customer service is extremely important to Artistic Adornments. If any item you receive is defective in any way or you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately to discuss situation.  I will review your complaint, and if possible, will accommodate a refund or exchange.  The returned item(s) must be postmarked within 10 days of original receipt and must also be in their original, unworn condition.  Once the returned item is received and reviewed, your account will be credited for the total amount minus the handling fee.

How do you handle shipping, handling and tax costs? Currently, first class shipping is free and taxes are waived.  There is a handling fee of $3.00 per order.  This benefit may change with time; however, this is one way I can keep the ordering process simple and convenient for you.

Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?  At this time, no bulk discounts are offered, however, please look for sales and occasional promotions.  I also plan to implement a frequent shopper program within time.
