Policies
Payment Method - Artistic Adornments accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) via PayPal. This is a safe and secure method of payment. You are not required to have a personal PayPay account in order to utilize this payment method.
Shipping - Currently, Artistic Adornments does not charge shipping fees. A handling fee of $3.00 is included in each order to accommodate packaging and processing. Each item is packaged in a lovely gift box with coordinating ribbon. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from original sale date. Custom orders will require additional processing time. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. International Orders are also shipped via USPS First Class International Mail; however, delivery confirmation is currently not available for international shipments. PLEASE NOTE: international customers are responsible for any customs payable in that country. Customs can also delay receipt of shipments(s). International shipments may take several weeks.
Returns/Exchanges - Customer service is extremely important to Artistic Adornments. If any item you receive is defective in any way or you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately to discuss situation. I will review your complaint, and if possible, will accommodate a refund or exchange. The returned item(s) must be postmarked within 10 days of original receipt and must also be in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned item is received and reviewed, your account will be credited for the total amount minus the handling fee. |
